AstraeaTech Dev / Legal

Terms of Service

These terms apply to the AstraeaTech Dev company website, shared Astraea Account service, and public demo access. AstraeaTech Dev presents software products and freelance development, technical, executive, and creative support services from the Philippines. You can explore the company site without creating an account.

1. Products and service engagements

The product and service catalogs describe capabilities and ways to work with us. Sending an inquiry does not create a paid engagement, reserve capacity, or guarantee a price or delivery date. We agree the deliverables, exclusions, fees, schedule, revision and acceptance process, access requirements, and support in writing before starting work.

A specific project agreement governs that engagement, including cancellation, refunds, confidentiality, intellectual property, and handover. Work contracted through Upwork or another platform also follows that platform's applicable rules, payment process, and dispute procedures. Keep platform-originated engagements and payments within its required channels.

2. Product-specific terms and billing

Proofito and SilentKit have separate features, limits, plans, and legal terms. See the Proofito terms and SilentKit terms. Current prices and subscription details appear on the relevant product's pricing and checkout pages. Sharing a login does not combine subscriptions or purchase access to every product.

Browsing this site and using shared sign-in carry no separate charge. A subscription is created only through the applicable product checkout. Refunds, renewals, cancellation, and any taxes or provider fees follow the applicable product and checkout terms. Account deletion or signing out does not automatically cancel a subscription.

3. Your Astraea account

Google sign-in provides a shared session across participating Astraea products. Keep your Google account and session secure, do not share session tokens, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized activity. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. We may restrict abusive or compromised access to protect the service, with notice where appropriate and practicable.

4. Demonstrations and sample data

The Tala Homeworks website and business app, repair lab, and delivery walkthrough are original fictional demonstrations. They illustrate capabilities rather than a completed client engagement, testimonial, production service-level commitment, or offer of an off-the-shelf licensed business system.

Use sample information only. Do not enter confidential, sensitive, or real customer records. Sample payments do not transfer money. The demo can create genuine downloadable files, and selected utilities may use Proofito or SilentKit. Integrated account-based tools remain subject to their own sign-in and quota requirements.

Demo workspaces may be retained for up to 30 days and can be reset, expire, or become unavailable. Clearing the workspace cookie removes that browser's access to its records. Do not use the demo as your business record system. A client production system requires a separately agreed implementation, access model, hosting, security, and support scope.

5. Acceptable use

Use the site and services lawfully. Do not impersonate others, misuse accounts, bypass access controls or quotas, interfere with availability, upload malicious content, or process data you lack permission to use. Automated product access must follow that product's API rules. We may limit or suspend access needed to investigate abuse or protect users.

6. Ownership, materials, and confidentiality

The company branding, site content, and demonstration software remain the property of their respective owners. Public access to a demo or portfolio does not transfer source code or grant resale rights. Third-party materials retain their own licenses.

Ownership and licenses for paid deliverables, reusable components, client-provided materials, and third-party assets are set out in the project agreement. Clients must have permission to supply their materials and grant the access needed for the agreed work. Any client-data processing, confidentiality obligations, or permission to feature delivered work should be recorded in that agreement.

7. Availability and responsibility

The company website, free shared sign-in, and public demos are provided on a best-effort basis without a service-level agreement. We may update or maintain them. Product subscriptions and paid engagements have their own applicable terms; this section does not remove their express commitments.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that these public informational and demonstration services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular business purpose. Do not rely on demo records for operational decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. Liability for a paid engagement is addressed in its agreement, subject to those legal limits.

8. Privacy and external links

Our privacy policy explains company-site, inquiry, account, billing, and demo information handling. External sites, portfolios, products, and platforms may have their own terms and notices. Follow the applicable notice before submitting information or purchasing a service there.

9. Changes, governing law, and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Updates will be dated on this page, with additional notice where required. Changes do not rewrite an existing project agreement or remove accrued rights.
